Poetry Submission Guidelines
Hoboeye welcomes poetry submissions from wild-souled, steady-penned poets. If you’re a working poet as hell-bent on craft as you are about getting truth into your poetry, please submit.
Submit your favorite work, the poems you know wouldn’t get past some tight-ass, tweed-lovin’ editor.
If you think book-burning is an intellectual sin, but you sometimes feel the urge to build a pyre out of Norton Anthologies and issues of The New Yorker, please submit.
If whiskey isn’t just a lovely beverage but a trusted ally of the road, please submit.
If you read Hoboeye’s poets and feel like you’ve met new friends, by all means submit.
Submit 2-7 single-spaced poems and a brief bio. If your work is selected for publication, your bio will be highlighted. When submitting, include a note about the poems and why you’re submitting them. Email your submissions to poetrysubmissions@hoboeye.com.
